What does a Under-Carriage Inspection involve? |

We get underneath and check all the undercarriage including insulation, condition of main valves and general condition of all supply piping for any leaks as well as drains and your heat tape. Inspection of your Water Heater and a general walk around to see if windows are properly caulked and sealed. We also check out your roof as well as the roof jack and all the other vents to ensure all are properly sealed. We don't want to see anyone get stuck with frozen pipes in the middle of Winter, or a water heater mishap. It is quite a bit to list due to we give the home a complete physical and go over all things we find verbally,as well as a final report with anything we may have found in question along with a disc with pictures of any related problems so you will be able to see exactly what we are talking about. |
